Return and Refund Policy.

P. Blashki and Sons Pty. Ltd. We warrant our products from manufacturing fault and general wear and tear for the following time periods:

Academic Wear – Gowns, Hoods, Stoles and Gown Bags – for a period of 60 days from date of sale.

Academic Wear – Trenchers, Hoods and Bonnets – up until graduation day. Headwear is not refundable or exchangeable after being worn due to health regulations. Headwear thrown during graduation is non-refundable.

Fraternal Products – 12 months from date of purchase.

Corporate Products – items without specific warranty details – 12 months.

All unlisted categories – 12 months from date of purchase.

To be eligible under the return and refund policy, you must have the original receipt, items must be in original packaging and the condition that it was dispatched in. Sale items are non-refundable. Academic items cannot be returned or refunded after graduation.

You must contact us at P. Blashki and Sons prior to returning your item. You will be provided with details on how and when to arrange the return of your product. Once your item has been received we will notify you by email only, along with notification of acceptance or rejection of your refund or replacement or repair.
Refunds can take 7-10 working days if approved, the refund payment method will be the same as the original method of payment.

Freight costs are not refunded, except for defective products. In this case, you will not be charged freight for resupply of the replacement. All other freight charges are your responsibility and will be charged if required.

We do not refund if you change your mind.

Any item Custom Fitted or Made To Order is non-refundable.
